The Singers of Soul Songs Inspires Angels to Dance

If someone asks me just what is it that a poet does, I always answer that a truly inspired poet sings the songs of their Soul.

Often Poets get lost in the shadows cast by the celebrities of Prose and Nonfiction. Yet, these singers of Soul Songs pour their very hearts on a page. I find it incredible what many miss simply because they don't take the time to peer beyond the familiar and proven. If one took the time to peer into Lynn's inspirations, I think they would come away enlightened by the shadows.

As an Award-winning poet myself, I don't say this lightly. In ANGEL'S DANCE Lynn pens beautiful 'songs' and inspires angels to dance. I, for one, thank her for her that. Well worth allowing her to shine her light into your shadows. I've just been introduced to her work and when one poet inspires another . . . well, that's just special.

Angel's Dance Poetry Helps the Grieving

Dear Lynn,
I just wanted to tell you how much I love the book! Angel's Dance is a part of my one-on-one bereavement support practice as well as my grief groups. I have found a number of poems to read aloud to my clients -- your words are uplifting and motivating to people needing to grieve and to hear about someone else's progress in life e.g. "A Popped Balloon." This poem especially is a particularly moving and effective piece in their recovery: having permission to really CRY is something so very dear to the person who's lost a dear one. You really captured the essence of a very important aspect of Adult grief/ debrief/loss recovery. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Mary Helen Madrid-Null RN, MA, BCCC.
